The ATE-DMG series bench power supply has all the high speed features of the ATE series but also includes a built in entry key panel and integrated IEEE488.2.

As in all ATE's the output can be set up for fast output response in the kHz region or by adding internal capacitance, can be utillised as a stable DC source. The ATE-DMG will operate in constant voltage or current mode with automatic cross over.
