In all ATE's the output can be set up for fast output response in the kHz region or by adding internal capacitance, can be utillised as a stable DC source. The ATE will operate in constant voltage or current mode with automatic cross over.
Power output can be increased by operating multiple ATE's in a master slave configuration. Units can be connected in series for extended voltage range, or in parallel vor increases output current.Overvoltage protection can be set from the front panel or from an external 0-10 volt input.
Two free operational amplifiers can be used to scale input programing voltages to operate the ATE in either Current or Voltage mode. ATE are delivered free standing with 19" rack mount kit.
